濟南試驗機廠專業(yè)生產(chǎn)混凝土專用壓力試驗機，其氣閥的嚴密性在換新氣閥或者經(jīng)過修理、裝配的老氣閥安裝在混凝土壓力試驗機上之前，必須做嚴密性試驗。

先將閥端面放置于水平狀態(tài)，用潔凈水從閥的入口端灌入，也可由出口端灌入，注滿各孔眼，靜置1分鐘左右。孔眼水不下降為合格。如有下降，則說明閥漏，需要拆卸，全面檢查，修好、安裝完后，繼續(xù)灌水試驗，直到合格為止，否則將影響混凝土專用試驗機的檢測精度。這是比較簡單方便的方法。
